Registration

Registration fees include: access to three full days of technical sessions and symposia from Monday through Wednesday; Plenary Sessions on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; and the following meals and networking events: Welcome Social on Sunday, Continental Breakfast Monday – Wednesday, Buffet Luncheon on Monday & Wednesday, Daily Coffee Breaks, Poster Social on Monday night and Awards Banquet on Tuesday night.} All other meals are on your own. Field Trips and Workshops will be available for additional fees.

Registration Options: Prices increase by $50 after February 15, 2016. To receive the early registration discount, you must be registered by February 15th. Payment can come later in the form of a check or credit card.

*Member Discounted Registration Rate: 

In order to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee, you MUST be a current member of US- IALE with fully paid membership dues.  Current memberships are those paid on or after December 1, 2015, for which individuals would have received an email containing information to log in to the members section of the website.  All who register at the discounted rate and do not have a current membership by the first day of the conference will be charged the difference between the member and non-member registration rate.  An invoice will be mailed to non-members registered at membership rates. If you are unsure of whether you have renewed your membership since December 1, 2015, please contact: membership@usiale.org.  Also, members are able to log in to usiale.org to view their payment history.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be given prior to March 21. After March 21, no refunds will be given, but substitutions will be allowed.
